Evolution Fitness provides classes for all different fitness levels across 4 different locations in Dublin. Located in Kinsealy, Malahide, Rush and Balbriggan there’s always an Evolution Fitness near you.
Below are some of the fitness classes we offer:
Evolution Conquer HIIT – HIIT or Hight Intensive Training is a training technique in which you give all out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps heart rate and burns more fat in less time. The class is for anyone who is serious about improving their body composition as well as improving their physical fitness and developing the conquer mentality.
Evolution Conquer S & C – This Strenght and Conditioning Class involves working on your compound lift focusing on all six movements: Deadlifts, Squats, Bench Press, Barbell Row, Vertical Press, Chin Ups. It will be a periodization program where we will be hitting target sets every 6- 8 weeks.
Evolution Conquer Blast – An insane workout incorporating a full body work out through the mix of high-intensity spinning and circuit training. We will be working on your ability to go faster, stronger and quicker than ever before.
